Product Bundle Price Calculator
Price a dropshipping bundle before launch by combining per-item supplier cost, shipping, packaging, payment fees, discount pressure, and the margin you need after the bundle sells.
The result is the list price needed to preserve your target margin after the planned discount and payment fee. If the price looks too high, lower the item count, renegotiate supplier cost, or reduce the discount before buying ads.
What this tool does
This calculator turns a proposed dropshipping bundle into a launch price that still protects margin. Instead of adding three generic numbers, it models the real bundle math: item count, supplier cost, per-item shipping, packaging, platform fees, discount pressure, and target margin.
Use it when you are deciding whether a two-pack, three-pack, starter kit, or accessory bundle deserves ad budget. The output is not a promise that customers will pay the price; it is the minimum list price your economics need before you test demand.
How to use it
- Enter the number of items in the bundle.
- Add the supplier cost and shipping cost for each item.
- Add any custom packaging, insert, or kitting cost for the bundle.
- Set the margin you need after payment and platform fees.
- Add the discount you expect to advertise during launch.
For example, a three-item bundle with $6.50 item cost, $1.25 shipping per item, $2.00 packaging, a 45% target margin, a 3.5% fee, and a 10% launch discount needs a much higher list price than the same product sold as a single unit. That is the point: bundles can raise average order value, but only if the price absorbs the extra costs.
How to read the result
- If the recommended price feels realistic for the niche, compare it against your competitor bundle prices and test the offer angle.
- If the price feels too high, reduce item count, ask the supplier for a volume break, remove expensive packaging, or lower the launch discount.
- If the price is close to a competitor’s single-item price, the bundle probably has room for a stronger value story.
Bundle checks before buying ads
A bundle is usually worth testing only when it improves at least one of these numbers:
- Higher average order value without doubling fulfillment complexity.
- Lower shipping cost per item because the supplier can pack units together.
- Better perceived value because the items solve one complete use case.
- Lower return risk because the buyer understands exactly what is included.
Avoid bundles that only exist to hide weak unit economics. If the calculator says the bundle needs a price your market will not accept, fix the cost structure before scaling traffic.
Recommended next step
After you calculate the bundle price, run the same product through the product margin calculator and the supplier shipping cost calculator. If all three tools point to the same price range, order a small sample batch and test the offer with conservative ad spend instead of guessing.
